Kind of redundant, no? Why include the ones that are already stickied?

This post is (hopefully) going to replace the stickies at the top of the B/S/T section. As pointed out in this topic, the stickies at the top of the page are filling up the first page of the B/S/T section. This thread gets rid of all of the other stickies and centralizes all of the topics into one spot so it takes up less space in the B/S/T front page.
