Aright, I just found out what its going to cost to get my license back in two months and, well,

Anyway, I need to save some cash, so I have 7 of my original 10 diodes for sale. This is not a GB, I have these diodes all wrapped up in my desk drawer right now, ready to ship. Seeing as how it is not a GB, and you won't have to wait I am asking for $45 shipped for each of these diodes.

I also have a 445 diode pre-pressed into a square labby heatsink. I made them myself on a CNC lathe at work, but there doesn't seem to be much interest in them at all. I pressed one in for a build I was planning, but I'm not as impressed with 445 as everyone else seems to be so it has to go too! I'm looking for $65 shipped for this one.

Diodes!! All of them are shorted and wrapped in grey anti static baggies.

I do have more of the square modules left, so send me a PM or see my thread in the laser pro shop if you want one of them!

Edit: Forgot to mention, these are all A140 diodes!

These are all gone!! The square module diode is still available though!

I think one will be for me. $45 shipped to spain?

Oh, and i've been out of this forum for some months now due to exams and university and all that stuff... I've tried to read as much as I could in the 445nm subforum but can you answer me some quick doubts?

A140 diodes are also ~1W ones right?
What's the pinout? (i haven't found it...)
Can you post a detailed picture of a harvested diode? Do you cut the case pin?
Were they harvested using heat?

Thanks!

Oh and how much will a round heatsink be? (I mean, a 1inch diameter, 1,5 inches long aluminum chunk with a hole in the middle for an aixiz module?
