i think there should be no reason for me to test the 400-500mW hercules again, for i have the test data sheet in front of me. so if anybody here is interested in buying it, i would sell it for 2000 US$ including shipment via paypal or bank transfer. but i would not sell after the last 12 hours of the ebay auction have begun, because then i can not end the auction anymore! for the 700mW i only can trust the selling company.

well, obviously, some guys on a german laser forum objected against the auctions, because in germany lasers with such highpower outputs seem not to be legally allowed..:-( so i don't need to quit these ebay auctions by myself.

Sorry to tell you no one is going to pay $2,000 for anything in the B/S/T section of this forum. The RPL that was for sale here went for 1K not even sure if that sold. At best you could get 50% to 75% of what you paid for it. Sucks but that's the way sales works. Watch for the FDA and customs too. :undecided:

As for the date thing, doesn't matter. In America you are wrong. 6-2-09. In the UK I would be wrong. :)

in europe and especially in germany i am completely right with my date posting. so if some guys out there are ignorant of the fact, that there are different ways to express same things in different cultures, then no one can help you. ;-)

so, if you really believe, that the price is too high for this board, then i change my offer to 1800 US$ for the hercules with the 10x zoom beam expander and shipment included. but this is my last offer!

The problem is that someone who wants such a high powered laser is goona buy it new because I personally wouldn't take the risk of buying an used unit to save a bit of cash. You wil have to lower a bit the price to sell it :/

And before potatorage and others start to flame me, IM JUST TRYING TO HELP HIM ON THE SALE :D

it's not the worse thing to keep hold of such high power laser monsters, if no one is clever enough to save 35% of money to own them. :na:

If you want I can test the lasers for you on my LaserBee LPM. I've tested lasers for Romeo ( Who sells IR lasers, I tested a 1W ) and I also tested a few lasers for Ben74.

Sorry to be off topic here, but about the whole date system...

When you read it, you say "June 1st, 2009" right? So shouldn't you write the month first?

Or do you say "1st June, 2009"?

We say 1st june

yep thats what we say in the UK and pretty much everywhere in the world. the americans just wanted to be awkward. thats why they have to spell everything slightly different. dont look like this dude is gonna shift the laser

I offered to meter it, and I would do a review. If it was good it would help boost the sale !

Like Diachi, I have a meter (Scientech 365 w/ calorimeter) and I'm in London. I'd also be prepared to review it for you, but I'd understand if you'd prefer for Adam to do it instead, since I've not been around nearly as long as him.
