Green Laser 500mW 532nm Handleheld
Hi there!
Isn't about a sale, is just a PLAN
So,Plan(A) Parts needed is (no needed any more)
LASER DIODE 1W 2W 808nm if exist and heatsink for cooling
Module for DPSS project with high quality of crystals needed
And lot of your ideas

Plan B c-mount or b-mount diode 2W or 1W and heatsink for cooling which one must be a part of the module with high quality of crystals needed
looking for dpss module to fit a c-mount diode in flashlight's heatsink
module by some member here in forum probably looks like this picture http://laserpointerforums.com/attac...-1w-green-laser-532nm-handleheld-100_0659.jpg

both plans work with simple DLXtreme Drivers (modifed or not).
perhaps LM... regulator + resistor or a driver assemply blank to use the compoments of your choice

ANY DEAL, ANY IDEA???
NO DUDES APPRICIATED:tsk:

Re: <1W Green Laser 532nm Handleheld

most interest on the module
Anybody knows where to find this kind of module with (crystals or not)or something similar?

one of flashlights which can be taken apart and make a nice housing and the cheapest you can find is 50mW 532nm Flashlight Style Green Laser Pointer (1*18650) - Tmart.com just upgrade the diode and the driver with one of these at my first post but the standard crystals proably aren't high quality :?

Thank you Silvershot you are right and sorry for my english :p

Anybody knows where to find this kind of module with (crystals or not)or something similar to use a c,b-mount of 1W or 2W in a flashlight?

Re: <1W Green Laser 532nm Handleheld

There is anyone knows where to find a c-mound diode module for flashlight like these on high power green lasers of 500mw?

http://laserpointerforums.com/f39/f39/f39/attach...d-100_0659.jpg

picture will help

i need a module that accept all these things - crystals expander collimated lens no ir filter needed - but was made to fit a c-mount diode and not the to-5 standart model *** desperately wait for help

Re: <1W Green Laser 532nm Handleheld

Nobody that I know of sells an empty green module.

What you are attempting is not practical, in fact it is probably impossible. There are a lot of variables in DPSS laser design, you have a very very small window of tolerances you will need to stay within to get the thing to laze. There's an even smaller window to hit (and keep) peak efficiency. When you are running hot diodes like that all of the heat generated is going to fight you every step of the way (2W of pump is not enough for 1W of green, by the way.)

Most members here don't have the know how to build a green module from scratch so you will need to do the research yourself. Trying to explain how it all works through the language barrier is going to be very difficult so I'm hesitant to try.

Good luck!

you are right
so here is a flashlight host for this build probably fits all things together
eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices
you must see http://blog.jwcxz.com/?p=368
Damn I found it

Damn I guess I shouldn't have thrown out all the empty green modules I had lying around. Only thing missing was the diode.

After research here it is how to build your own a 500mw green laser flashlight. Best way
First www.rayfoss.com module from Rayfoss is the cheapest you can find for c-ount diodes
second 2w diode c-mount 808nm ebay or anywhere you want
than crystals for high power diodes you could find here. if you use crystals from cheap laser the crystals probably will get burned
CNI
buy a green laser flashlight and just replace the module on his body with this one you had make with these parts bellow
driver there are many ways to follow
choose your batteries, charger and you are ready
thank you guys ^.^
here it is your own True 500mw green laser flashlight ready for any laser project in your mind ^.^
My cooming soon!!!

Apparently you didn't read up on those crystals closely enough:
"Output Power 40~100mW"

So 500mW? Nope....

The good sets can be obtained from CNI and Viasho if im not mistaken.. building the laser is a whole other challenge.

I think he misread and is looking at the pump power..

"The typical pump power is suggested to be less than 500mW, and the generated green output power could be about 60mW. "
