Full disclosure -- I bought a no-diode kit from Survival Laser and a DTR diode and ended up cutting the wires on the driver / diode too short to fit into my host. I'm a bit in over my head so I'm just going to sell off the parts and maybe by a pre-build laser somewhere.
• DTR 445nm M140 Diode
• Extended and tapered copper copper heat sink (P/N SL-SLSS2LHA)
• 1.50A driver & pill module (P/N SL-DPM1.4)
• 3-element 445nm AR coated glass lens (P/N SL-SLA1)
• Blue anodized extended length focusing ring (P/N SL-EFRB)
• External lens spring (P/N AL-LS1)
• Silicone rubber lens cap (P/N SLC)
• Allen wrench for tightening the heat sink set screw
Again, the diode and/or driver may need to be rewired.
