The 24W has a slightly adjustable beam... You can adjust it about 30-50% or so... nothing like a maglite.  The 35W's beam is much more adjustable.  As you can see in the above pictures the 35W is twice as bright. Hence the lumen rating of 1400 vs 2800. Thanks for the pictures Mike.

Hey all,
I received the 35w Silver HID today.  It looks pretty good with the exception of a small problem on the strap holder.  I PM'd Jason about it so I'll see what happens.  I'm gonna go test it and take some pictures.  I'll be back in a little bit :)

I think I'll move the review over to the reviews section. Even though it isn't a "Laser" it shines like a BIG Laser so I hope they will leave it in the reviews section. So if you are interested see you over there :)

Come on guys... Put down your 1/4w lasers and grab a 35W HID monster. :)

With a laser you can only blind one eye at a time.... With a flashlight you can temporarily blind a whole room full of eyes. :eek:
