I've been trying to sell off a Wicked Laser Spyder II BX I've had for about a year now and am almost ready to just throw it out. pawn shops can't take it, ebay claims its 'too powerful', so I've decided to turn to laser community forums as a last ditch effort.

Anyhow, the item up for sale as stated before is the spyder II BX form wicked lasers. Its still in its original box and comes with saftey glasses in their own case, batteries and the battery charger.

The laser has been barely used. It was kind of an impulse buy. Its defect free and still works perfectly.

I'm open to price negotiations and am willing to go below half its retail price.

You might want to use a middle man seeing though, no one knows you, and you could be a scam artist. And talk is cheap, so please dont say you're not. Get a vet and send him the laser, and have the person who wants to buy it send the money to the vet also. If everything is on the up, and up, your sale is made.

andy, to be perfectly clear this was in all honesty, a pure impulse buy by a very younger, more immature version of myself. When I turned 18, i came into some money, i sort of pissed a bit away on frivolous things. This laser being one of the last. Unfortunately, there isn't exactly a large market in my area for high powered laser pointers. I've already given away a spyder II GX 200mW to a friend of mine because after a rough handling by TSA, the beam became unfocused and thereby nearly useless to me. At this point, I'd like to make anything I can off of this one and just free up some space in my apartment.
tech junkie - i wholeheartedly agree with you on this. Seeing as I know no one on the boards here, would you be willing to do the honors?

Gordon_B- I'll let this stay open for a week or so. unless a better offer comes around its yours -- granted, i can find a vet on the forums to verify the laser for sale.

That's a great deal your offering.
I'm sure a middleman will step up shortly and with his help you will have no problem selling it here.

At the very least when you are new the biggest possible help you can do is post pictures, a simple link is no help at all. Post pictures of the product, your screen name written on a sheet of paper and maybe a receipt if you have one.

These will give you a much better chance of people trusting you.

Pictures of it working are a major plus too.

Where are you located?

That is important when considering a middle man. I am in CA, and am also interested in buying your laser...

But would also offer to just test it's power output as a middle man. Of course, if all shipping is with-in the U.S., then there is little chance of any shipping problems...

First off I live in college station, TX and regularly travel between there and chicago. (college student)

Sorry for the delay replying here but i had quite a busy easter holiday. As far as pictures are concerned, I will have a video up later this evening along with some pictures of everything together and I'll make sure to add some identifiers in there to show I didn't just grab someone elses youtube video or something.

As for payments on this, I would prefer cash simply because I do not have any available space at my place. I always make my trip back home for the summer via car and need to stay at least semi organized to ensure i can fit everything i bring down with me in the car. At the moment, i'm one fan made Halo Mark VI armored suit over budget and a mini refrigerator, so I've been trying to sell off various things i've accumulated to make room for more important items.
