I have a DTR built C6 host that is 1.7W and comes with a G-2 lens it takes 2 16340's.

It comes with 4 ultrafire batteries and charger never used or opened batteries still plastic wraped.

Ive used the laser maybe 3 times and its just not for me. Its built awesome and works great, altho i suggest a different lense if your looking for a sharp and distant beam.

Im looking for 165 CND shipped..or if your local to london ontario we can work something out.

Heres some pics, the meter pic and beam are from dtr testing it.

Ill ship internationally yes, cant do a video the batteries are unopend and id rather not open them....laser has been used brief couple times with borrowed batteries that i no longer have....I have no idea on duty cycle youd have to msg dtr i didnt request that info when i bought it. I will assure you this is built extremly well and will work perfect as its only been used maybe 2 mins of run time period.

I'm really curious about why this laser is not immediately sold. Isn't it too good to be true?

Sorry, as the OP and I recently joined here, I would like some professional opinions about this deal.

Cheers!

Is this a good deal?
- Yes, it is.

When I look at builds, I always break down the price in my head. I usually ignore whatever the person says they paid for something, and just figure out what I think it is actually worth (intrinsically).

Assuming you paid for each part at a sort of "average" cost (assume no discounts, but also ignore the cost of shipping that would normally apply to individual items), you'd be looking at roughly:

- $10 for the host
- $20 for the heatsink & Aixiz module
- $10 for the (presumably) linear driver
- $50 for the G2 lens
- $45 for the diode
- $15 for the batteries and charger

So that's like $150 in just intrinsic cost. Plus, the seller is paying shipping (probably about $15. So you're paying $200 for $165 ($150 + $15) worth of goods and shipping. Basically - that's a very minimal $35 margin that goes towards having those parts assembled by a very reputable established builder. Seems like a

Really good bargain to me. IMO, this is better than something labelled a "Survival Laser" - because with this package, you know exactly who built it.

Why hasn't it sold?
- Probably because the seller isn't established here. That's always an additional vector of uncertainty. You'll have to assess that aspect of this on your own.
