I am looking to buy a blu-ray laser pointer 407nm with a power range 50mw or more. I haven't found a place where i can buy it.
I am in Canada. My buget is around 200 $.
Thank you
Alex

Thanks Ken!
I must say... if you find a deal on one of Kenom's Kryton barrels (designed for DIY), they are the best thing out there. Not many selling them though. Everybody wants to hang on to them!

You should definitely look into buying one of jayrob's! He has some of the best workmanship on this entire forum. Plus, you know exactly how much power you are getting and at a very good price!

Where in Canada are you located? I'm also re-selling a blu ray that daguin built. It's currently in California with daguin, but I can get it shipped back up to me, and then ship it to you from Canada (I'm in BC).
From what I've read on this forum, jayrob and kenom also provide excellent products. There is quite alot of variety available on these forums!

Don't forget to check IgorT's laser as well! He makes a very nice blu-ray laser that runs off of a single 14500 battery.
You have to go with the one that 'tickle's your fancy'. The Leadlight mod uses 2 X AAA, the Pocket Pal uses 3 X AAA. IgorT's uses a rechargeable battery. You cannot use rechargeable batteries with the Leadlight mod, but you do have the option of using rechargeable batteries with the Pocket Pal, which of course has the largest capacity as well...
All of them use excellent boost circuit drivers which are very efficient. I believe Dave used a FlexDrive in his as well. So you can't go wrong in either one of these above mentioned builds...
