Problem with BDR-S06J 405nm diode

I got a diode from the same sled and it produces a weird looking and weak output, without a lens it looks like this..
Is this a so called zombie?

anyway i dont want to change the topic

I hope your diode isnt messed up but its just the driver although theres an ever so slight possibility of it going zombie at 300-500 amps :crackup::crackup::crackup::crackup::crackup:

Tell me dude, do you know where to start reading about making those small pulses in a fraction of a second that can have a lot of power for 100/ of a second? I want the theory :p
