Hey everyone, so I finally got around to posting some pics from my first laser. It uses the SF-AW210 blu-ray diode powered by a radioshack variable power supply and a Rckstr driver. I love to build stuff so I bought a chuck of aluminum and made a heatsink for it one night. The thing on top is a laptop CPU heatsink and fan with the silver thermal grease to help dissipate even more heat through the copper.

I didn't take any pictures of it in action but right now the driver output is set to roughly 140mA. It's not completely done yet, I still need to put some heatshrink tubing around the connections and add a power supply to the fan, but I thought I'd stick some pictures of it up and see what everyone thinks.

Thanks.
-Mitch
