Well I do like the fact it was a 5.6 instead of a 3.8 I find them easier to work with myself.

Yep looks like a S06J by the power graph and the markings on the back are the same.:)

Yep personally till we start seeing much faster write speeds I don't think we will be seeing more powerful diodes. :undecided:

Or different drive types. It will be interesting to see where they go next. If any of those holographic / 3D optical drives come to real fruition, it will be interesting to see what they use for diodes.

I wonder if they will go even lower wavelength.
