i destroy my driver and diode. i test it with PC power supply 5V and now doesnt work.

My condolences.
Next time, I suggest you practice on something cheaper like the PHR-sled.
Then when you know what you're doing, start handling the more expensive diodes.

Now I wait the E3/E2 laser 100mW violet.
I wait 4 months. I have another violet laser 180mW and this diode I destroy it.
God why? I never again take parts of laser. I take only from Wicked lasers.
I need money now to take the S3 laser.

How do you know it's dead?
Try powering a test-load with your driver. Also, try powering a diode with a driver made with LM317. It's very simple to make and it will show you if diode is alive or not.
