You can use washers to make a cheap heatsink. You won't get nearly the quality of heat transfer as the fit won't be snug, but it is a budget alternative.

^ I think the OP will probably have sorted a heatsink by now. The last post before yours was from March last year.

It's an easy mistake to make but keep an eye on the date of the post you're replying to.
