I think the best you'll get are gonna be the 405nm specific ones from the GB. :p

The 405nm ones are supposed to be certified OD4. Can't remember the percentage that it lets through.. something like .001%. The greens are supposed to work just fine, but there's the extra part of the spectrum that you're removing. The 405nm specific ones should allow you to see things fluoresce (sp?) while still being able to see the intermediate colors (green, blue, etc..)

Hi- Im building a 100mW+ BR atm and I was wondering which safety goggles I need? People have been saying that green goggles work fine for BR but can anyone confirm this with an LPM?

I know there are some GBs for  405nm goggles:

http://www.laserpointerforums.com/forums/YaBB.pl?num=1222101905

but are these any good?

smidsy.

please spend some time reading my thread.

and a better question you should ask in this thread is are there any 405nm specific goggles for less than mine?

since in your pm thats is your only concern.

and to answer your question yes they are very good goggles custom build and designed by laser wave which is one of the leaders in laser modules. please spend some time reading some reviews on laser wave on this site and also photon lexicon you will no be let down.

and to answer a question i feel you are trying to find... will you find any true 405nm goggles for less than the group buy.... i doubt it.
