So wait.. If I put 3 volts into a flexdrive, 3 volts will come out?

So i need like 5 volts for a phr?

No. The flexdrive is a boost driver. It will "kick up" the voltage to what the PHR needs. 3V into it is fine for a PHR. The flexdrive will give the diode 5V.
