For project 2

1. You can get cheaper diodes around here (LPF Buy, Sell, Trade section) for sure. You could also buy a cheaper host than the dorcy, some flashlight from DX....

2. At 110 mA you should be getting something like 90-100mW... Is that right, laser experts? Feell free to correct me....

3. To get unlimited duty cycle you would need amazing heatsinking and a fairly low mA. Currently have no idea how low you would have to put it.
