CD/DVD Dual Diode?

Does anyone happen to know a part number for one of these? I don't mean the new on pcb type, but the older kind, the ones that can fit in a standard module housing. I need to find one for a poject, and I have seen a couple, I haven't been able to find another one, lately.

If i remember correctly the PHR803 sled has just this: One standard package that holds both the IR and red laser diodes. Their focus distance is not the same though, so you cannot combine their ouput into a single beam afaik.

Thanks for the tip! As it happens, I have a dead rsod 360, and I didn't realize that there was a 405nm laser in the sucker. Needless to say, I want it. It's got a DG-16D2S drive in it, don't have it all the way apart yet. Imagine the most complicated chinese puzzle box ever designed, just to cheap out on 4 screws.
And the big finish is that this has now become the appropriate place for this thread! I don't know how I screwed that up in the first place, but it made me look so stupid.
