(and from what I can tell the pioneer drive is much easier to harvest.. I wouldn't say harvesting the LG drive was particularly easy.)

That would be great if that drive was more than a PHR-803T :scowl:. Reading the description you see that it is only a bluray player and DVD burner.

Or slap a PHR where the 8x diode was and use it/sell on ebay.. (Yes, someone did it before, and it worked!)
