Interesting. I wonder if for roughly the same price as the laser I posted (which claimed 200mw), this 100mw from O-like would be more powerful: ?

What kind of diode is in that 4X? it'd have to be a 10X or 12X, right?
If it's a 12X... you probably couldn't even DIY a handheld for $95.
12X diode is $50+ and a good driver is ~$20... and you'd still have to get a host and lens.

I'm not exactly sure but you can go to O-like's website and contact Susie and ask her about it: but i believe you do need a 10x or 12x diode to reach that power (without killing the diode very very quickly).
