Yea, the duty cycle is alright.

I have a habit of not leaving a laser on for too long, so I've never let it get too hot.

Any guess as to how strong in mW that laser is, very clear beam or maybe its the camera?

I am guessing <200mW

The beam is visible in the dark.

I tried lighting a match across a small room and it worked.

Nice Job !!! I just built my first GGW 6x, I'm spoiled with my 8x's power.... But the 6x is still a great diode!!

BTW My 8x with Jayrobs glass lense lights white tipped matches from 32 feet away...I LURV it

4-6 seconds and if I paint the tips of the matches black 2-3 seconds I'll try to post a video asap
