Are 6X sleds really that hard to find now????

I have NO idea! Im in the same boat as you. Im having Phoenix77 repair my Blu-Ray laser (I sent him $105 for the repair ($60 for a 6x diode)) and I got this message from him a couple days ago.
"I have some bad news , if you've been watching the forum, you must have noticed that the supply of 6 X's has dried up & the guy I paid $60.00 for YOUR diode can't get any more or the $$$ back."
So im kinda upset...I can get my $60 back?!
Where have the 6x's gone?!?! :-?
