I my opinion it is either: A PHR and the rated power if false or it could be a SF diode from the other 6x sled. Nothing else matches the price close enough. If it was a real nichia with a rated power that high, I would want to see a spec sheet and not take a sellers word for it.

well, after readin the first sentence it says that at 280mA it does put out 384mW, but it dies after 15 min.

if i had the money i would buy it but i would keep it at a low current to keep it living longer.

i mean 280mW is a lot but it wont hurt to drop down to 250,220, maybe even 200mW. i know i would cuz it would be awesome to have a strong laser that also lives long.

good luck =D

Money isn't the biggest problem, so I will buy it if I can get an answer from the seller. I asked for specs. So I'll see what's happening next. With the current currency in NOK I could likely bought hamburger menues for 4 persons. So it is not very expencive.

Uhm ..... sorry, but ..... about the first one, "item conditions: new" ..... showed in the heatsink with the glue, harvested from some sled, and with the pins cutted so short, for me is not exacting meaning "new" :p :D

By the way, it's just my impression, or it looks similar to a 6X harvested from an SF-AW210 sled ?
