In my opinion, a 20 mW BR is not that worth it. However if anyone is looking for a simple pointer with a neat color I geuss its a pretty good buy. Not so sure about the price though....

bly ray is best of red? i am concernig to buy a 80mw from susie
I think you mean:

"Bluray is Better than Red?"

The answer, yes and no. Yes, Bluray is newer technology, they burn easier (because of the short wavelength, you can get a more concentrated spot than red), they light-up flourescent and bleached material, etc...
No, because:
You can see the dot from a Red laser a bit better than bluray at a distance, they are much cheaper for many more mW of power, red lasers are less impressive to many people because they have been around for over 10 years, while bluray lasers are brand new.
I don't think you will be dissapointed with a bluray laser, and if you are getting it from o-like, you are assured a good laser with tested power output, and a good deal. :)

For me its Blu-Ray all the way. I get the same thrill as I did when I was a kid when my first black light poster blazed when I turned on the black light. Reds get boring quick.

If you do go Blu-Ray save up some funds and get as high power as you can afford. In most cases the higher power the better the visibility. Also buy from the forum when it comes to BR, its a lot cheaper. You can get a 120mW BR module for around $40.

20mW really isn't that bad, 2 years ago we were buying PS3 sleds for $70 a piece off of eBay to build 10mW violets, and back then those were very cool to us. At any power 405nm sucks as a pointer because of the odd effects on our eyes, but $35 shipped for a complete commercially produced blu-ray is a good deal. I don't think we could make a 20mW for near that price.
