Machinist here, come to learn a new hobby!

Hi guys, my name is Joe, I've been lurking here for a few month after finding out about high power lasers via Youtube . I am really interested in learning more about lasers and electronics as a whole. I am a machinist so its nice to see some others of you around too.

Im planning my first build as a fully custom 445. I will make practically everything but the Lens, Diode, and Batteries.
