Hi from Arkansas

Guess it's time I stopped in the Welcome section and say hi. I should have turned the other direction and ran when I started browsing the site...I don't need any more hobbies to spend $$$ on. :evil: I'll say I'm north of 40yrs old and married with several kids. I have been into electronics and gadgets most of my life. I also like building custom vehicles, and have always enjoyed photography. Well I'll stop now this is starting to sound like an ad for a dating site. :crackup:

So far this looks like a great site with some great members who really enjoy supporting the hobby. I'll post this in the Red Lasers section, but what's a good recommendation on a nice mid-priced Red that's pocketable in about a 200+mW range?

Its waterproof i would not go swimming with it but its nice incase you drop it in some water or spills

I agree, unless you have plenty of $$$, this hobby can put you in the homeless shelter. I'd be at least $15K richer if I had never come here. But I have learned so much and met so many wonderful people here and that is priceless.
And look at all the fun I'd have missed out on !!
