hey, been here a few weeks but hadn't introduced my self yet. my names david and im cool as hell. (from what i hear) anyways, i found this forum while googling lasers. i got my 1st 5mw last summer while working night shift in the chevron oil refinery in el segundo ,ca.

ill never forget the 1st time i seen that beautiful green beam emit from home boys laser to the flange that needed a final bolt up one night in the plant. at that point i didnt even know they had green lasers. lol. i was totally hooked. i bought a 5mw off a crane operator later that night. i had fun with it till i found some one with a 200mw. since then ive been trying to learn more about my new hobby. now i freakin love lasers. i also love keeping fish, tortoise, turtles, crocodiles and pit bulls. my turtle collection is ridiculous and unnecessary . well just wanted to say hi. so hi.

Welcome to the forum. The Greenie's beam is what hooked me too. I saw a green gun-sight laser and was like, "WOW" that's bright.

Welcome here:D

Easy wayne ;)

OK I'll be nice.

Welcome

Just remember Safety, prudence, stay sober when using lasers, and do your research.

Read the rules and stickies, and enjoy your stay.

I love exotic pets myself, very curious about the crocodile keeping thing, may we see a picture or two of your paddock??

are you sure your not talking alligators?? or caimen?? crocs are huge and I'm quite sure regulated.

youll be nice? oh gads!! be yourself!! (i was wondering what the ''easy wayne'' was) this should be fun.

i definitely will read the rules and stickies, as the safety section too.. i actual wish i would have found this forum before i got the 200mw. i only hope i didnt cause eye damage while playing with this laser at the refinery.

nice reptile collection. love the room. im in the middle of trying to build a reptile/fish room myself. my 2 yr old son is putting a lot of things on hold. i currently have no crocs,or caiman. i placed my last croc into my friends indoor pond back in so.cal. the croc is a morelets so his adult size should be about that of a caiman. i do notice the crocs disposition is extremely calm. about the same as an alligator. i did take a few nice pics. ill find them and post. a few macros. hes real yellow. ill check out your forums

Well OK, I will let the sarcasm rock full tilt now, Anyone here will tell you, I'd do anything to help out whenever I can, but like a few other people here, I grab at an opportunity to let it all out.
