Hello from the Northwest!

Greetings from another long time lurker!

Finally took a break from reading old threads and realized I had never signed up for the forums...better late than never, right?

I don't have too much experience with anything but low power ebay greens, but I'm learning a lot from the forum and school. Looking to expand into med/high power units soon to go with next round of classes (medical & research).

Thanks to all of you for maintaining and contributing to create such a fantastic resource.

Yes, will get safety equipment for personal use when I get to that point, but currently the high power stuff will be in lab, not at home.

For now I'm just studying builds, and focusing on the theory and design. Would love to build a collection, but the laser budget is currently a diaper budget. Ah, well...someday.

Someone else from the Northwest, eh? There seems to be quite a few of us here.
