Of course safty is always first but do you think I will need safety goggles for my 30mw green? Wouldn't the make it invisable and ruin all the fun? :p
I see your name is laserbee, Is that a company? Home business type of thing?

Anything over 5mW can cause INSTANT PERMANENT DAMAGE to your eyes faster than you can blink, so yes you need goggles. It doesn't make it completely invisible just lowers the amount of light you get in your eyes.

You can take them off to look at the beam but if you are going to be close to the dot or there is any chance whatsoever of accidentally pointing at something reflective than you should have your goggles on while using it.

EDIT:

Home business doesn't necessarily mean "not a legitimate business", just means you don't have a retail outlet or warehouse and do the mfgr, sales, book keeping from your home.

how does everyone have the __________________
"Prevent the laser lighting from strong vibration or punch"

how do I add one?

Click on "User CP" at the top of your screen, then choose "Edit Signature" on the left menu.

Don't point at buildings. Lasers are to be treated as firearms under hardly any exceptions.

So... in your case. Yes.

Also be sure to tell everyone within a 1/4 mile of you to wear proper safety glasses as well.

They may need it.

OH,thanks for solving my question. But i have another question. If i use the laser pointer outdoors to point to buildings or star, should i wear the goggles?:D

You don't have to then, just keep the beam AWAY from windows/people/cars/planes. (there's a risk ofc, but it's generally accepted as OK to do this as long as all possible safety precautions are observed).

Inside or up close though, anything over 5mw requires glasses.
