Hi, So I found this web site a couple days back and became interested, But I live in the USA and wondering if such strong lasers are allowed... :-/

As long as you don't point it at planes, cars, or houses you should be ok. Also don't attract to much attention, like shinning it around in a public place, the police will take it away.

Cool...thank you. Wanna explain to me what the difference between "True green lasers" and just plain "green laser"

there is no difference, true is just used to reiterate that the laser is actual as powerful as it is advertised to be

for example, a true 5mw means it actually is 5mw

mw stands for milliwatts and is used to measure the power of a laser
