Hey guys, don't expect me to be much physics help, I can put stuff together if I'm told where it goes. Although with computers I'm fine, built my rig right here and it's epic. Anyway, been interested in lasers since Star Wars came out, want to build my own laser now (Which lasts longer than those stupid little £1.99 laser pens you get here) and actually reaches a distance of more than 10 feet! The only problem is, being all the way up in Scotland, I've no idea WHERE to get parts. I quite like the idea of using an Xbox 360 HD DVD drive's diode.. Seeing as they're practically useless now. *;D Cheers! Edit: So if anyone can give me a complete parts list and where to get everything, as well as HOW to stick it all together...
