Power Option Disappeared After Updating To Windows 11!

Good day, everyone. Perhaps my topic isn't directly relevant to this forum. But I need some ideas from everyone. I recently updated my notebook's operating system to Windows 11, and the power options vanished from the start menu. To turn off the laptop, I must press 'Alt+F4'. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

I'm still on WIn10 and plan to be for as long as possible.
Try tips in this video to see if it helps. Thanks for confirming another reason why I don't want Win11.
