Need help troubleshooting Thor H series laser

I recently purchased a Thor H series 300mw 520nm green laser from laserpointerstore, and it worked well for a couple of days. now, as of today it barely works. all it does is emit a faint green dot. I've tried charging the batteries and using different batteries and It didn't fix it. What is going on and how do I fix this?

Have you considered contacting the seller to get a replacement? That would be my first act with such a new unit.

I did contact them but I have not heard back yet.

I would try contacting them several times each day and keep records of those attempts. You should be able to get a replacement eventually.
