Does my friend need goggles for his 300mW green laser? If so where does he order from because he is in Australia where they are strict with laser related items.

I was just wondering out of interest which of these lasers would be brighter? - 1W Blue Laser or - 300mW Green Laser I am assuming the green would be much brighter right? The blue would be more powerful but less bright am I correct?

Yes I know it is incredibly overpriced. But I live in Australia and lasers over 1mW are really hard to obtain so I think this is my best shot.
