I've bought this goggle from dinodirect : Laser Protective Goggles For 200-540nm and 800-2000nm(RD4B), Europe - DinoDirect.com they are marked as "190-540 & 800-2000nm OD4+ CE", should i trust? am i safe with it using the green, blue or IR lasers?

hi, recently i've bought this package from DinoDirect: 10pcs Red Laser Module - Focusable Dot (3v.12*30mm 2-5mW) . Inside there is a laser driver with a unknow chip, Here the photos: does someone know that chip or know how mutch power can give it?
