Confused about batteries for Spartan 1W

I've emailed Batteryjunction with this question and they replied that the green/silver batteries are the same as the yellow/silver ones (just a new wrapper from the manufacturer)

DL Spartan 1W comes with no label on it?

Isn't there some written note with the measured power shipped with the laser?

Confused about batteries for Spartan 1W

My Spartan is underway and my batteries arrived today. I ordered the Tenergy LiFePO4 3.0v recharchables (which are recommended in another thread about the Spartan) I received two different types of batteries. Both are Tenergy LiFePO4 but 2 of them are 3.0v (silver with yellow) and the other 4...

14 year old kid caugt lasering bus driver (NL)

In NL only class 1 and 2 lasers may be sold to the public. It's illegal to sell class 3A and 3B lasers in the Netherlands (except for medical, industrial or scientific purposes of course) However it's perfectly legal to own or import class 3A and 3B lasers if you're 18+ but a cop can still...

Looking for 445nm laser but confused

Hi all, It's already a year ago since I visited LPF. But I was suprised to see the existence of the 445nm Handhelds (which is completely new for me) My first thought was... I must have one. First of all, a 1000mW handheld sounds very nice (especially for the relatively low price) And second...

Should We Merge the 445nm With the "Blue" Board

Long time since I was here, but a nice surprise to see this 445nm(it's the first time I see it). I chose option 3 Like red and green a separate forum for all blue wavelenghts (including this 445) And all other.. for the exotic wavelenghts. PS I'm going to order this Spartan immediately I...

    More idiots with lasers.

Pilots want ban on laser guns | Radio Netherlands Worldwide To my surprise it seems that pointing a laser at an aircraft is not a crime in the Netherlands. It's only punishable by law if an accident happens. So now these pilots are aksing to make it a crime (just like in all other countries)...

    This is really frustrating

Well, I found out why she doesn't want me to buy it yet. She wants to go on a (quite expensive) holiday to the Seychelles, I want to go on this holiday as well but it was planned in Q1 of 2010. But now she want to go this spring.(which means I have to save all the money I have right now) So it's...

    This is really frustrating

Thanks for the advice but I think the only way to convince her is to tell her every day that I want this laser. (not whining about it, just mention it) And then after a while she might agree with it but it will cost some time to get her used to the idea. ;)

    This is really frustrating

But the Kryton is a 50 or 100mW laser and it doesn't have an IR filter. I'm looking for something like RPL-300, Herc275 or PGL400 from S-KY. Or at least something that puts out more than 300mW (the 275 does because this is the sustained output instead of average) I already have a 100mW (cni...

That wil not work, she'll notice it for sure when it arrives. (and if she don't she will see it on the bank account)

    This is really frustrating

For almost 2 year I want to have a high powered green portable laser (300mW+) but never had enough money for it. Because everytime I have the money I needed something else or something breaks down. Once again I have saved enough but this time my wife don't want me to buy it. She likes the...

    Time machine using lasers?

Sounds a little dangerous. Everytime you shine your laser there will be a possibility to blind your ancestors. :D

    Hard decision

Well at last the funds were in the bank, But the currency rates were so bad that the RPL will cost me 810 euro's now (compared to the 697 euro's a few weeks ago), although I find 760 acceptable(which was the actual price in november 2007 when I put it on the list), it's now above the upper limit...
