Good safety goggles offer protection for specific wavelengths. These goggles are for use with a low powered laser tool and probably don't block 532 nm light. Personally I'd buy rated, certified goggles for use with green lasers such as these...

Hey, thanks. I joined last year but my account got lost when they switched over to vBulletin. It's an axiz acrylic lens. As far as I know WB has a good rep. I bought this last April and he offered to replace the diode if it fails. So far I haven't had any problems.
