"BLU-RAY *alternate hosts may be chosen*

110mW burner in pocket mini - $120
245mW burner in pocket mini - $250
330mW burner in pocket mini - $320
400+mW burner in pocket mini - $400 "BEST value!" *BEST BURNER!!!*

RED *alternate hosts may be chosen*

250mW red in pocket mini - $99
300+mw red in pocket mini - $150 "includes a Meredith glass lens fit for Aixiz!"

okay... cool cool. Could we please get details about these builds of yours that you offer? I figure the 110mw blu- ray is a PHR... but what diodes are used for the 245mw and 330mw builds? And what current do you set them to? What lens comes with each?

Do you use the LPC for your reds?

Thanks

I only use LPC sleds for the red builds. for those who dont know, this sled contains a high-powered Long Open Can diode. i AVOID LCC's as much as i can... i cant stand them.

6X diodes are used to achieve 245mW's, add a 405-G1 and you've got around 300-330mW's.

The 110mw build comes with a standard glass lens unless you pay otherwise.

the 245mW build uses a standard glass lens as well, the 300-330mW builds have a 405G1 lens

The 400mW+ builds use BDR 8x diodes, and include a 405-G1 lens as well, the output of these builds may varry slightly anywhere from 390-500mA! these BDR diodes are random in efficiency, but its still the most powerfull 5.6mm 405nm diode money can buy right now.

Host is chosen by the customer, the advertised prices are assuming you choose a pocket mini. think of it as a way to guage how moch more/less it would cost to choose a different host of some sort. So prices will varry from order to order, as everything is customized PER the customers orders.

^_^ hope this information helps!

I'll have example photos up for each build very soon.

Now thats good information! What current do you use to set your 6xs at 245mw? I was thinking that was kind of high for a 6x.

Your right, it is fairly high, i guess i've had good luck with them. about 200mA-210mA. but take note, that all diodes still varry by efficiency, 245 is an average.

haha this is true.. so I take it that if I asked you to back it down to 180mA... the price would stay the same then?

Yes it would. The current of the driver doesnt effect price in any ways, No harm could ever come from setting it a little lower.

you will actualy benefit greatly, as your diode will live an exponentialy longer life. I under-drive all my 8x diodes. would you risk a $250 dollar diode... lol

I'll be interested in your 400+ mW Blu-Ray in a few months. I just purchased a RPL-425 so I'm cash poor right now, but will contact you if you're still doing it by the time I'm ready. Great deal, it looks to be.
