Alex, yu NEED a 445 for s true rainbow, it'll fit that gap between ur 405 and 473 perfectly, I'd spend 30 bucks for a 445 Pen first then work on replacing the both with better models from LG or CNI

that's really pretty. I've been off here that long I never even noticed you'd got a 405. My 650 is dead and I don't even have a 473! ha

Hey trencheel, good to see you posting again :D I appreciate the nice comment & you need to get 473 it's amazing haha!

@xirrious I might get a cheap 445 pointer but not sure. Kinda focusing on replacing my 405 first :)

I am buying 10 pens of each WL 405 532 445 650/660. If you can wait I'd be happy to snd a 445 your way. They aren't costly by any means for a low power one

Thanks for letting me know, it depends how much it will cost. I saw on eBay 445 pointers were being sold for $50! I have $50 that I'm trying to save up for the LG Electra so I can't really waste money :p

You should post some burn photos or videos, if you can safely do that.. I'd love to see 15w of infrared destroy stuff, at that WL tho isnt it picky which materials it'll burn?

Edit: thanks for pm, sorry to derail your pics Alex I didn't mean to, and the thead in general. Won't happen again

I do have videos of it along with the 60W I had , ill PM the link , keepin thread on track : P.

Most/all organic material absorbs 10.6um very well , stone , bricks , ceramics too , metals reflect it quite abit but high powers will cut / burn it

Hello everyone :)
Here is the part of my photos. Just spray, water and self-made simple laser projector (and few old photos).
I hope you will like it.

Those are amazing.

This is all I got, working on exposure shots, this is obviously 532 with dot matrix over 5 second exposure.

Great pic Alex and congratulations on completing your collection. I read in another thread your collection is made from 5mW lasers. I think you're interest and appreciation for lasers lays in the variations and not solely on power is commendable. Its a nice subtle reminder for me to appreciate the things that really matter.
cheers

Haha yes, Im basically only going for wavelength then power. What I find really interesting is how as ones moves farther from the peak wavelength for either daylight(555nm) or nighttime(507nm) the brightness of each wavelength slowly diminishes :p

Im thinking of getting a LG <5mW 405nm Electra next. I know some people might find spending $200 for 5mW of 405 crazy but to me power isn't really attractive(at least for now). That 405 is a eBay pen, so not really 5mW giving it an unfair chance!

Thanks for liking the pictures!
