Here are some pics of my laser collection and many of the objects I use when photographing my lasers every week. I will point out the more special lasers in the more close up pics:

Overview- (in this pic you can see my collection of glass spheres from 1" to 8" in diameter)

The three lasers in the case are (top to bottom)
CNI PGL 593.5nm 30mw, Dragon Lasers Hulk 532nm 100m. Best thing about this laser iss it runs on two "C" batteries and runs forever. Also is a 473nm 100mw built by WBS (Issac).

This case is exclusively Laserbtb lasers. The are 405s, 460s, 520s, 638/650, but the special one in this case is the PL473 30mw (the first one in the case).

The first three in this case are my two Dragon Laser Spartan 589nm 50mw (one peaks at 70mw , the other at 90mw), and a Spartan 589 5mw. Also in the case are my Laserbtb H445 1W underwater laser, and also my Laserglow 593.5 6mw pen.

In this case I have a CNI 655/532 PGL-RG 200mw, my very first laser, a Radio Shack LX-1000 650nm, a 2X Jetlaser Beam Expander and various pens.

My Casa CTL-HM projector w/Chauvet Obey 40 DMX controller

My LK-PD2 projector w/Chauvet Obey 70 DMX controller

Some of the things I use in my photography

Outside my Laser room. In the drawers and shelves there are countless mirrors in all shapes and sizes, plus all the assorted glassware, diffraction gratings, and every other doo dad I have picked up in the past four years since I have been doing this.

Great looking collection, Bruce! Top notch, just like your photos. :)
It looks like the only thing missing from your last photo is your dog, must be camera shy.

Thanks Red Cowboy, PED, Paul, & Hap!

Red Cowboy - yes, charging batteries whenever I shoot (a few times a week) is a pain, but having many extra batteries and multiple chargers make it not too bad. On Friday night / Saturday morning I will have up to six chargers going. Two rounds of that will have me set up for the next time I will shoot.

PED - A very nice thing to say!

Hey Curtis,
Last year my wife wanted to sell our house and buy another. Her main selling point to me to get me to agree was I would get a room to use exclusively for my photography of lasers. In my old house I would set up black drapes in my garage, set up my stuff, and when I was dome, put it all away. A complete pain in the rear end! Now my stuff is always set up and I can photograph whenever I want. We moved a year ago and not only did I get my room, I got the whole basement which is finished. Anyway we had the laser room painted black and I got my room! I now need to paint the floor black.

Very nice. She chose a brilliant persuasive reason for you to get a new house :D
I would love to have my own laser room for those purposes. At the moment, my bedroom is my laser storage.
It is a shame vantablack isn't resistant and affordable. That would be great for a dark room.

Yes, very professional Bruce. You have taken this hobby and really made it your own. I can't imagine moving to be honest although it sure would be a great way to decide what we really care about and what to toss or give away. Actually the only place I could think of that I would consider is where my daughter and son in law live up in the Adirondacks that we just returned from. Becoming a Grandpa will do things like that to ya. At least we are going back for another week in the middle of August.

That was a beautiful location you was at. I don't blame you. I wonder if Adirondacks could offer you a beautiful house with a laser room.

Hey Curtis , Endcap, & Pman - We were in our last house for 25 years. I wanted NOTHING to do with moving. My wife knew what strings to pull for me to move. We moved only 6 miles from where we used to live, but we pay so much less in taxes and have so much more room. I can tell you it was so much work last year to move, but a year later I couldn't be happier. Even today, when I get home from work, I have my laser room all set up and will start to photograph a new laser configuration I set up. I will take photos all week, everyday tweaking something and then on Saturday process all the pics on my computer. It is great because I am using my lasers almost everyday!

Having the room and setup is a huge advantage, as in order for me to use my lasers, I have to take them to college, in a quiet room or studio.
I hate change, so I can understand initially not wanting to move, but it sure looks worth it.
