Dash, thank you for taking the time to video your burning IR laser, sure looks white to the camera, that wasn't expected, when ever I video my 808nm FAP laser burning stuff it is a violet color.

My 4W 808nm doesn't show any dot at all. That's some pretty serious output Dash.

Got my prototype together tonight. Came out pretty nice. Currently has 2W M140. Burns HOT!

Nice hosts guys, rep when I can. Also, that closing cap is a nice safety feature in case the on button is accidentally pushed. I once grabbed my pointer wrong and accidentally pushed the on button, that could have been a disaster because I was picking it up and nearly vertical at the time, a bit more towards me and could have hit myself with 6W of blue.

Just finished Osram PLP520-B1 build on Convoy BD02 host..
Inner heatsink is lathed from brass (didn't have any small copper chunk) + aluminum turbine heatsink from eBay. 12mm Led switch from StealthVape.
