The 4th from the left, is it made for 2 26650's?
If so what would you be selling it for?

The forth form the left is the one with the hex head, it holds 1 18650 or 2 18350 batteries. All the info can be found it those two links.

I want all four of those on the right side but can't spend the money right now due to other builds I'm working on. Nice work! So tempting!

Your work keeps getting better and better, it was great before, now superb, sorry to get your heart jumping, my wife had to go to Ukraine this week to get her passport renewed, that cost 3500 all together for tickets and spending money, ouch!

*******

IMHO
your hosts are one of those 'must-haves' for any collection to be 'full'

Ehg cant spam here if he tried-- as spam is unwanted

**********

the Starwars fighter in my above post is nice as its also an alrm clock- the fighter moves around on a jointed arm AND it plays music from Starwars including IIRC the 'phew phew' sound.
those diodes are all ~3vdc from AixiZ and the smaller one , at one time was the =worlds smallest red laser-(se the toothpick)
oics below show the solderless connectors for 5.6 diodes but IIRC with a little skillfull bending both 3.8 and 9mm may work with these
the odd one is a complete red laser with pins for inserting into PCBs
its red too
The long wire is a diode female plug from old laser printers- ~18 inches IIRC all the above will make my projects a lot easier--

Here's one more host I bought from Ehgemus, it's almost finished, need a blue single mode diode for it and it will be R,G,B single mode.

fROM THE BOTTOM (above)

Nebo AA led- WITH cig lighter plug to run (sadly not as a charger)
could make an interesting host and was cheap
pic of my PRangers gun/knife and the yobresal spiro mod- want more w/ 405 & 650

The blue laser was gotten quite cheap(iirc 40$ &freeship) at auction its NOT 'our' Jetlasers -each red is only 5 mW BUT as a host it has a lot of possibilities-has DMX easy to take apart
lots of room inside for even more options open to me
the rest is more AixiZ builders parts-
below is my Big Boy host(s)

and an unusual heat sink that Greenmechanic gave me --just happened to fit perfectly inside
also is a pic of an Aries aslo from Greedbay sold by a pawnshop-as-is
very cheap so not probs when I learned it was a dead 532-was a PITA to open
next time will be not as hard- so far -no progress since getting it apart-nice host tho
$$$$ in its day and the key lock is a plus

Paid very little for the tny Nebo (it reminded me of the Dorcy Jr & iirc they came in several colors maybe -cases not the LEDS)
MAYBE of of our circuit wizards could come up with a driver that also charges the AA sized Li-ion when in a cars lighter.

the fan you see is a Kasio with a TINY bit removed from the edges to fit (but still tight BUT some room for air to pass.)
these were not battery power when made for wheel alignment machines.
there was a fair size heatsink on the pump and I can reuse that.
put a switch where the cord was- maybe swap the front IR filter for a glass window--click on the pic to see what I can these lol

Didnt think I would see the words broken and Glock in the same sentence haha

Yea the glock shoots like a champ, that was a misleading statement, I was trying to bring with the jokes as they say.

I really like the hosts made by Ehgemus.

I'm thinking about a 2 x 26650 body with 3 x 12mm holes in a triangle for the head for 3 modules, I have been wanting 1 for a long time and his are really good looking. I can make one that works but it is nice to spend just a little more and have something classy.

This is how I would get 6 lasers in 1 housing back in 2008. I suppose you can call it hand held. lol

I do want to stuff these full of lasers, so technically they count as hosts...right? Will be fun just as soon as I find and shake that elusive money tree.

Wow, you guys are posting some great stuff here:drool: I managed to spread some REP around (I couldn't yet to a few of you:()
Nice to see I'm not the only one with a problem lol
I did manage to use the 2 silver cone-heads (over 100mW sub 515nm and 515nm builds posted in the 515 GB) so now I'm down to just over 10 empty hosts:)
Nice to see how quickly your hosts are selling Ehg;)

I guess I don't feel quite so bad now, after seeing others' empty hosts. I, too, seem to buy the pieces faster than I can put them together. I need to get that illusive "round tuit". :D

(I can't figure out how to display the pic at full size. It will enlarge if you click on it.)

To post an image full size in your post you can't upload it here as an attachment, you have to use some image hosting site like Photobucket or one of the others and link it into your post the correct way. If you do this, be sure to resize photos to a width of 800 to keep everyone happy. Photobucket has good built in editing tools including resizing, too large a photo can even make a thread completely useless to some tablet users. Remember we have people now using smartphones, tablets, netbooks, chrome books, laptops, desktops, Apples and Rasberry Pi, home built contraptions, and who knows what else.

Ahh...that's what I did wrong. Thanks for the info. Made the correction.

This one will handle a 6W NUBM44 blue LD well! Both for the heat sink as well as battery. It would sure take me longer than a day to build one!

Someone, I think Pman said he has 350 builds, I don't have that many but I have a closet full of stuff.
Here's just 1 drawer of my every day beaters, I have a few show queens in their own microfiber cloth lined boxes, but mostly I like to use my stuff and enjoy it.
