Hi,
Does someone know the power of the M140 diode using a G2 lens at 1.7A ?
I know it is 2W when 1.5A. Does someone have en idea ?

It's been done, measured, and recorded several times on the forum and the best anyone will do is look it up for you but most of us will tell you to look it up yourself. If you search a bit it isn't to hard of information to find. GL

It would be 1.9W-2.1W at 1.7A if your lucky.. and 2.2W+ if you're very lucky!

It could also be 1.5W if you are unlucky ie you got a dud diode.
Bottom line : the power can't be measured by the current.

But I compltely forgot this time :/
Thank you very much for your answers.

A freak is super rare expect something around 1,7-2,0W

Not for nothin', but those claims (signature too) are a bit incredible, considering you haven't had them measured. There are folks not far from you who can measure them for you. You might choose to reflect your current settings instead.

Then you should know very well that current has very little to do with your output.

What you're reflecting in your signature is output...of which you have no real measure..yet.
I prefer to reflect known variables. That's why I show my current ratings until I have them measured for output.
