Now that my LPM is done I decided to do a long zeroing test to see if it's stable.
The test was done on a closed room. I zeroed it as soon as possible (at 11.633mW) and took a 1h graph of the offset from this initial value without shining any laser on the head.
The peaks on the graph are because I touched it or had to open the door/pass in front of it to leave/enter the room.
After 300s (5min) it varied between 1.820 e 2.294 above the initial zero, ignoring the peaks. The amplitude of the variation was 0.474mW, just under the listed noise of 0.5mW.
Conclusion: wait 5min before zeroing your Ophir head
