Looking at that board more in depth I'm amazed at what you guys can do as far as organizing the components. I couldn't get those neatly together on my desk let alone a 2" by 2" square.

Something occurred to me this morning... it may be difficult to see the LCD if it's behind the sensor. I usually measure lasers with the sensor facing me or perpendicular to my line of sight, so I can't see the back... which would be problematic.
Have you figured out how to get around that? How easy would it be to mount the LCD on top?

Also, as an aside, I need to play with one of those LCD's. It's the right resolution to directly port LumenOS over to it.

The OLED is just a nice feature to have. But my main goal of this backpack is actually doing everything over Bluetooth. And all the data will be nice and big on the tablets or smartphone. And all the command can be sent over Bluetooth.
