So, this is my problem:

when I try to save the measurement in .csv format, I receive an error with this log test:

The information on how to invoke the debug JIT (Just-In-Time) instead of this dialog
are shown in the bottom of the message.

************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable JIT debugging, you must set the value
jitDebugging System.Windows.Forms section of the configuration file
application or computer (machine.config).
The application must also be compiled with debugging
activated.
For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</ configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
are sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

If I try to ignore the exception and force the program to save the session, the resulting time scale is completely wrong:
instead to have seconds showed as: 0.0 1.0 2.0 and so on, I have decimals like:
0.8 1.2 1.8 ecc. If the session is longest, the time scale change
again, and become smaller.
Of course, if I try to reload the session saved, I obtain
a completely wrong time scale: every session > 45 seconds will be
showed in a windows of 45 seconds, and only the first 45 seconds of the measurement.

Here it is how the .csv looks:

I use Laserbee 7W with Ophir termophile.
I tried to start Windows in safe mode, but the problem persists.
I use Windows Vista Ultimate service pack II with the latest patches.
I have reinstalled the program and the USB drivers.
I have restarted the system.
Nothing happens, the issue remains.
Please help me!

Richard.

I get the same issue on newer versions of windows.

As far as I know there is no fix.

The only solution I can suggest is upgrading to Peregrine. It's free and compatible with all laserbee LPM's.

Hi Arg!
So also in Your computer the program do not work ...
The strange thing is that the program has stopped to work lately.
In fact, the last time that I have used this program without any issues was in April.
I do not know how much files I have changed/upgraded in that time, but surely I remember some important upgrades like Windows Update, the new Avira Suite Antivirus and the Sun Java update.
So You suggest to use Peregrine. I have the latest Laserbee 7W with Ophir termophile: do You think that the program will work with this model without any issues?

Yup, it works with all laserbee's :)

Edit: Just make sure you have the most recent version of Java installed.
