Idea for homemade LPM

This kind of just popped in my mind. So I'm not sure if it has already been discussed or not. I'm thinking that you can make a LPM out of an arduino. All you would need then is some kind of sensor and connect that to the arduino some how. This means you could probably make an LPM for <$50 is this could work.

Let me know your thoughts but I don't see why this wouldn't work. I just wouldn't know what kind of sensor and how to connect it and all.

I did it before, with the ARGMeter project :p Was under $50 of parts.

You can do pretty advanced stuff with an Arduino, the Rubicon has an Arduino nano inside.
