Try the search bar at the bottom of the page. There have been numerous discussions about batteries on the forum over the years. From your comments on another thread you may also want to look up the definition of 'protected' Li ion cells.

Those are unprotected cells. Be careful never to discharge them below 3 volts. But yeah, they're great little cells.

It's not just the brand that matters but where you buy them from as well. I will buy my batteries from here and get the efest brand 99% of the time

Sadly there are many vendors selling knock off cells on ebay and elsewhere.
Scams on these things can go pretty far, up to the point where you get a genuine looking outer case that is filled with sand and a very low capacity cell inside.

All my batteries are Efest and are terrific. No bad experiences. I have about 8 16340's in all and they work excellent and are a reasonable price at $4-$5 each.
I also have four 18650's and they are just as good. I've heard great things about Sony and Panasonic though. I have a few Efest 10440's and 14500's and 26650's.
