Whats happen if I use this battery with this?

I bought this, in the ad tells that came with the battery, but when came home not found.

It would work, but it might not fit. 17360 is larger than a 16340 (what that laser uses).

No. They are both 3.7v Li-Ion batteries so power output will be the same.
