Upgrading 16340

I have a 50mw green laser from Cajun Lasers and it came with a ultrafire 3.6 volt 16340 battery. I've kind of gathered Trustfire is a better battery brand so I was searchin Amazon and I found a Trustfire 16340 that is 3.7 volts. Do you think I could possibly gain any extra power by upgrading to this battery? Or not a good idea?

You would not get any extra output from your laser. Best would be a little better battery capacity which will give you a longer time between charges. And between those two brands of battery's I would'nt go getting another one. Their pretty much the same capacity between the two.

Yeah Thanks a lot! I had just read a thread on here where a battery upgrade had turned an underspec laser in an overspec one so i just wondered if there was any chance it might make mine stronger. Its plenty bright the way it is just never bright enough you know?

Ya sometimes you get lucky but with those two batteries I doubt it.
